The one-handed, Z-shape fold is easy, it's incredibly compact when you get the hang of it. It takes a few only a few seconds to unfold. However our tester found the auto lock a bit confusing. Also, since the handlebar doesn't lock into place when you press it, it struck her legs when she was using it. The handlebar was a little on the short side particularly with a large changing bag hanging from it.
This double stroller isn't as light as other buggies. It's got a broad array of features and is one the most versatile double strollers on the market. It's compatible with two carry cots (available separately) and features multiple recline positions as well as an UV 50+ canopy. You can put a bassinet on one or both seats to make this an all-in-one travel system.
The four rubber composite wheels are perfect for pavements and urban terrain, but they're not built for off-roading. They struggled with long grass and gravel, and there isn't much clearance between the bracket and the wheel, which means that mud could get stuck easily. That being said our testers still enjoyed the buggy and did climb some pretty muddy hills.
iCandy Orange
The iCandy Orange is a premium double buggy that is the ultimate in style and versatility. It is an essential item for parents who are looking for cutting edge design and quality. The Joie Evalite Duo double buggy is a great option for those who are just starting out, since it is affordable and simple to operate. Our testers noted that the Nipper Double was incredibly easy to manoeuvre, even when taking on uneven ground or when turning fast in an area with a lot of traffic. The possibility that the seats could be reclined independently was also an enormous hit.
The hoods were also easy to adjust for sun or wind protection. They did not offer the same amount of coverage as the Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It's worth having an extra rain cover in case.
Overall, our test participants were impressed with the Nipper double's ability to allow them to take their twin daughters Sydney and Lyla to all sorts of adventures. From spotting wildlife in a forest or rushing to a park for a playdate they were thrilled. They were also impressed by how cosy and spacious the two seats are with plenty of space for toddlers growing to play in. Our test participants did not agree, however, that the absence of parent-facing seating and inability to use car seats in this buggy were a problem, and they would like to have more storage space for shopping and other gear.
